A  trip to London for work and a few shots taken as I walked to and from my meeting. Always good to be in new environments and see different things to shoot.

Firstly, a London scrappies, complete with heavy duty security. It’s a jungle out there apparently.

In the next image, I liked the light coming across the foreground and the old style building, meaning it could almost be from last century.

Next, a common sight all over cities these days, and I am regularly one  of them as I wander ‘cross-country’ through city backstreets checking where on earth I am on my phone.

And finally, having seen many fine shots of the ‘new’ architecture in King’s Cross Station, I looked for something a wee bit different. i may have found it…I may not.

  1. Love these. The blackened red bricks, the regal corner pub…and the comparatively antiseptic of the newness @ Kings Cross reveal the reality of 21st century London.
